Governance & Finance Foundational Ministry 

Mission The Governance & Finance foundational ministry, as the principal administrators of the parish, seek to provide the best example and practice of shepherding and stewardship for the parish and community.

The Governance and Finance Foundational Ministry has three parts. The first part includes the pastor, staff and deacons. The other parts are canonically required supports from the parish to the pastor, namely the Parish Council and Finance Council. Collectively, this foundational ministry provides shepherding and stewardship for the parish and foundational ministries. It is responsible for developing a new parish pastoral plan every 2-3 years. Any plan will be most effective when based on feedback and insights from the four other foundational ministries and parish at large. Once a plan is completed, with approval at all levels, foundational ministries implement components specific to their individual ministry missions.
